At Grab, culture isn’t a poster on the wall. The 4Hs are the standard we hire for, lead by, and hold each other to every day.
Living our values
The 4Hs show up in the everyday: how we challenge a decision, support a teammate, or choose to do right by a user when no one’s watching. That consistency is what makes them real.
Heart
Heart means being fiercely user-first. We get out of the office, speak to users, and understand what they actually need. We do what’s right for them, even when it’s hard. And we all own that experience, not just the teams closest to it.
Hunger
Hunger means moving fast and thinking boldly. We test ideas quickly, learn from real feedback, and pivot decisively. We master new tools and technology because good enough is never enough.
Honour
Honour means radical ownership. We challenge each other directly and respectfully, debate hard, commit fully, and follow through without exception. We hold ourselves accountable before anyone else has to. Trust is earned through action, not words.
Humility
Humility means knowing we’re not there yet and that excellence has no finish line. We own our mistakes and learn from them fast. We coach each other to improve because raising the standard together is how we win. Getting 1% better every day adds up to something extraordinary.
And help others, together
We care about impact beyond our own walls. That means supporting communities, backing meaningful causes, and contributing to work that matters in the real world.
